Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Immortals Sanctuary, an independent systems architecture consultancy operating as a sole proprietorship (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.immortalssanctuary.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site strictly for your personal, non-commercial use or to inquire about our bespoke architectural services.

3. Services and Pricing Volatility

Immortals Sanctuary provides specialized systems architecture, local AI integrations, and hardware provisioning.

  • Quotes and Estimates: All pricing listed on the Site (including “Starting at” figures for hardware clusters and unified-memory deployments) is for informational purposes and represents baseline estimates.

  • Hardware Costs: Due to the volatile nature of the high-performance computing market, final costs for bare-metal hardware and proprietary setups are determined exclusively through a formal consultation and will be detailed in a binding Statement of Work (SOW) or finalized invoice.

4. Data Sovereignty and Client IP

We architect systems designed to protect your proprietary intelligence. While utilizing our Site to communicate, inquire, or share preliminary structural requirements, Immortals Sanctuary claims no ownership over your confidential business data. Formal engagements will be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) to legally enforce the protection of your digital assets and infrastructure plans.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration or inquiry information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario.

8. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
